First cycle advice
Ok, it's finally time for my first cycle. For some of you that know me you know how long ive been planning this thing out. Wish me luck! Worried about that first prick.
Weeks 1-10
Monday-250mg Test Enth
Thursday-250mg Test Enth
L-dex .25mg EOD
Weeks 6-12
Winstrol -10mg five times a day
Pct-12-16
Clomid-100/50/50/50
Nolvadex40/40/40/40
----Instead of the winstrol tabs i was thinking i'll use Masteron instead 100mg EOD. Should i run it for the same length as the winstrol? And will i need to change PCT times?
Any suggestions Appreciated ! !
edited: Stats: 23 years old, 210, 5'11, bf-14 %( had to work my ass off for the past three months to get it down to that) Dont want any sides lol.
---Also im wanting to cut more than bulk hints the winstrol. Any diet tips? i was think 200-250/100/50

Masteron is really best used with very very low bf %. What is yours? The test winny will be a great cycle dont bother withthe masteron for now.

Cycle looks good as is
as long as your diet and training are as well planned out , you should do fine.
and don't worry too much about that first prick...it gets addictive after a while

Thanks all, any advise on the diet and set #'s? Trying to get cut so im assuming im gonna want to up the reps drastically

as far as working out goes...you will have to watch yourself with overtraining on cycle..it gets us all.. you will just want to go set after set..trust me .. look into the workout forum.. Diet should be clean as you can get it.. i'd recommend try to shoot for 3000cal diet, a day, 350 a day protein, and around 300 a day for carbs...you know your own metabolism...adjust your intake as necessary so that you are gaining lean mass and not so much fat.. ..i'm no expert on diet, but i'm ok... with what i suggested..you shouldnt be hindering gains to much, and with some good cardio, you can be cutting your body fat down..
But i would still recommend going into diet forum.

Yea. Check out the diet forum. It has a lot of great information on it. Cycle looks good. just stick with the Test/Winny.

Thanks for the info. Ive got my diet in check but i was wondering how much i could up my protein intake while i was on a cycle. Ya starting today im doing 45 minutes cardio in the morning and then running a mile or two at night after workout. Also i think im going to frontload.. just worried about two cc's in a virgin ass at once lol.
