Jump Higher - Cycle
Whats up guys...
I was doing a Vertical Jump Program a few months ago, but i had to stop because i was too busy with school...Now i have more time to workout...
Height: 6'2
Weight: 200
Body type: Muscular/Cut
Objective: 5 inches in 6 weeks
I'll do this 2 or 3 times a week during 6 weeks then i'll switch to pylo exercises...
Squat: 5x5
Leg press: 5x5
Calf press: 5x5
Ham Curl: 5x5
Dead lift: 5x5
I plan on using Winstrol + Trenbolone Acetate to help me with my gains (small dosage)...I know that there is risks for my natural test, but its a risk im willing to take...
For the formers athletes, do you think that these two steroids will influence my jump a lot? Because i know a coach and he told me that i will get great results...But if you know a better steroid that gives athletes great results, let me know...
And feel free to comment about my little strength program...

Your still alittle young I wouldn't jump in if I were you.
Jump training is the only real thing that is gunna help

you should look into some kind of jump training.
You'll have to do it either way.
Just taking a steroid isn't gunna make you jump higher

Then I'd get some test prop and take everything at a moderate dose. Taking small doses without test, I doubt you'd see results that were much if any better than just being natural. Plus you won't be able to get a hard on.
Especially being young (22) you should not have a problem increasing your vertical naturally first. THEN once you reach your genetic potential for jumping you COULD take AAS. But that opens up another can of worms. AAS is banned in college sports. Are you a liar? A cheater? POST your diet. Nothing is more important than that. Here's some reading for you.

Ok so i should add test prop to my two roids right???
My diet is not that good, but at least i can follow it every day...(It costs a lot of $$$)
Mourning: 4 Eggs, bread, milk, cheese
Break: Chocolate Milk, toast with chease, fruits, protein bar
Lunch: 1/2 Chicken or Spaghetti with meat + Juice and fruits
Break: Tuna, Juice, protein bar
Dinner: Boiled potatoes, 1/4 chicken, rice, chocolat milk
Before bed: Protein Shake (two spoons)

No steroids try the proper training first

OK your diet needs a lot of work. You need to make better choices. Heres another read then re work your diet and post again. Why take steroids if your diet is spot on? I know AAS is really exciting and new and everything but it is definitely something you do not need.

and if you go ahead and do it anyway don't think winstrol would be the best choice implemented with a program on jumping higher...... Read the profile here and you'll see why

Yah i should think again for Winstrol ...Its tru that if i lift huge weights with my legs with weak ligaments, it can hurts...Thanks for the advice...

MADD I'm glad your taking everyones advice. I can't even tell you how many people come on here for advice and then just do what they had already planned. Nutrition and intensity is all you need at your age and mine as well I'm only 25.
