    1st cycle

    Im 20, 5'11" @ 225. I am thinking of doing my first cycle using deca and test. What are people opinions?

    They will tell you to stick to one compound to see how your body reacts.
    most people will also tell you are too young.
    bodyfat %?

    Try test E @ 500mg for 12 weeks.
    Shoot Mon/Thurs

    PCT nolva/clomid

    I would say you have a pretty sturdy starter cycle. But as for PCT, def. make sure you got the Nolva and/or Clomid!

    Your too young and I would just run test alone in the worst case

    they will also tell you that you are a bit young and should wait a few more years

    but if your gonna do it, do it right, test ALONE and make sure you understand and have PCT before you EVER start

    i am not sure of my body fat % but as I said I am 5'11" weighing 225. And what should I do for pct? What type of results will I ger amd what abouyt running winstrol with test?

    5'11 225 is great if your bodyfat is below 15 percent.. i'm just alil concerned because if your kinda chubby then you should know that your side effects are going to increase

    what side affects are there? and i would consider myself a little chubby. and what will i get from just test?

    New to the site, new to steriods. Wanting to start first cycle...

    As I have already said, I am 5'11", 225, a little on the chubby side. I think I am going to run test for my first cycle and use nomaldex for my pct. I have several questionsa for the experienced guys: What results will I get from test? How should I run it? What should my diet be and protein and eny other essentials? When do I start on the nomaldex? And lastly what side effects me I experience?

    Thank you very much, sorry for so many "rookie" question. I would really apprecitate some feed back asasp, as I have test and deca waiting to be used..

    not alot of cardio and I have been lifting on and off for several years. But just starting to get back into it

    stay away from the deca for the first cycle.

    results will be based on your diet and training, we can't tell you what you will gain

    if your bodyfat is over 15%, you should try to get that down BEFORE using steroids as higher bodyfat can cause other health problems during a cycle

    We can't spoon feed you everything, like diet, you need to do that work, there is a great diet section here and also a PCT section as well,
    Start reading everything first, then put together what you have and post it for us to help you tweak it

    Your PCT is a bit lacking, you may want to add Clomid with the nolva

    i know how that is..

    you really should bring your weight down, b4 you start cycling bro. Dieting and cardio for a couple months and get to a point that you don't feel chubby.. if you can get down to about 15 percent bodyfat. It would be alot safer for you to use AS.. also it would be a good idea to be lifting for the next couple months also..you don't want to start your cycle and pull a muscle, hurt tendons..etc like that because your muscles are getting stronger and your joints, tendons..etc are not accustomed to lifting that much weight ya know..
    Imagine pulling a muscle your second week of lifring on cycle and not being able to work that body part effectively for some time..

    sounds reasonable. I have deca and test and am just very eager to start. I lifted for about 2 yrs really hardcore and didnt get sh*t for results. It really ticked me off. What results may I get from test?

    post a pic with your face edited out(unless you don't care if it's on here) and we'll give you an estimate, this will help us greatly in determining if you are ready to cycle and how to continue
