    Time Off

My questions is how important and how many take the proper time off between cycles. From my research if running a 12 week test E (500 ml per week)only cycle you wait 2 weeks to start PCT and that runs for around 4 weeks. That gives you a total 18 total weeks on. I've seen people say you should wait 18 weeks before next cycle. How many actually wait the 18 weeks.

What risks to you run if you don't wait the full 18 weeks?

Not to question you guys but what is the downside to say waiting 12 weeks or 18 weeks.

the key to waiting is to let your body get back to its normal homeostasis.

you may be fine at 12 weeks, but the only way to know for sure is to have bloodwork done and make sure all your levels are normal

rushing back on can cause undue stress to some organs that take a hit during cycles like your liver, and like blood pressure, to name a few

the time on+pct time = time off is just a guide if you are not gonna get bloodwork done

if your doctor is cool , then sure

I told my doc from the start and she was very cool about it.

there are threads here about what bloodwork to get if you do a search

I only wait as long as it takes to get my blood levels back to normal. Once that's good, I go back at it. 18 weeks is way too long to wait for me IMO. Some people are different.
