Im starting my test e and i was wondering if it is ok to shoot into the same glute twice a week or should i alternate each side. Im shooting 250mg twice a week

I would rotate sites. Are your glutes your only sites?

It's ok to do it, but rotating is better for obvious reasons. Half the trauma to either area. Half the chance to build up scar tissue. Possibly better absorption with long esters.

I planned on doing just glutes because the shots werent frequent but now im thinking of doing delts because its a pain in the ass to turn to my left and shoot it left handed

You can easily get by doing just glute injections for a typical cycle using long esters.

Try it once and you'll see it's not that hard.

I didnt mean to say im starting my test e i meant to say im shooting it. I just did my third shot and it was in delts. I did my right glute for the first two but i didnt think i should do my whole cycle there.
