for first cycle

i will be taking my first cycle in 2 weeks, taking 100 mg test p EOD for 8 weeks. i have a little more bf than desired, and bought Chromium Picolinate, which is supposed to build lean muscle while cutting fat. would this be wise to take this while on my cycle, or just before and after. i also bought some acai pills. let me kno what you think.

ya ill be taking nolva for 3 weeks after, starting the 3rd day after my last injecting. im 19, but i plan on taking the cycle anyway, and would like to know if i should use the chromuim or not

Chromium pic. increases insulin sensitivity, it does not itself burn fat OR build muscle.

and i'd stick to long estered test for first cycle

what dose on the nolvadex for pct..
might consider clomid as well..

hell, might considering holding off for awhile as well
