    Arimidex Dosages?

I'm 1 week in on my cycle of Test & Equiplex and I wanted to (within 1 week) start taking Arimedex at .25 EOD. I've got the "green" spray bottle that it comes in from the site sponser (one of them). Is there any way to know how may sprays would equal this amount or close to it? I have no other way to know right now and would like to get started? Any advice would be appreciated.

Second question is how can you really tell if Gyno is coming on ahead of time? I've read a few things but would like a little more feedback? I'm only 1 week in but I want to see if there are any signs ahead of time that would indicate it's coming on? Thanks again guys--as always you are more than helpful!!!!!!!!

It you nipples get itchy or start to hurt beneath the surface for no reason at all, it's the onset of gyno.

    Info

It's 1MG per ML. I'm just trying to figure out a way to calculate if there is way to compute that into sprays?

    Exactly^^^^

buy an oral syringe from a drug store and squirt it in your mouth (damn that sounds bad)

you can do the math on the syringe...1 mg per ml....you want .25....so just follow the lines on the syringe and you'll be good to go

You mention taht your nipples get itchy & start to hurt. Is it too late at that point to stop it w/ Arimidex? Is Arimidex only preventative? I'm just trying to figure out if I should take the Arimidex or not (no symptoms at end of week 1)? I just want to head off any potential gyno w/o ruining results? Any help?

once symptoms start i prefer to use nolvadex and knock it out asap.
i run an AI from the beginning as a preventive measure but if symptoms still pop up its nolvadex.

I have used Adex successfully to stop the symptoms, i just upped the dosage to .5mg as soon as i felt the symptoms coming along, but i would definately keep Nolva and Letro on hand

I wouldn't use the arimidex unless you really need it as it will hinder gains. Also definitely use a syringe to measure it
