    ldex

    is Ldex from arr the same as Adex? and is it like nolva in the way that it reduces the effectiveness of juice, and should not be taken during a cycle unless needed?

    and yes it can limit gains during cycle. use only if estrogen sides present themselves

    opinions will vary greatly on this.
    i like to run it during cycles..
    i feel the loss of gains is slim to none.
    once estrogen sides present themselves i prefer nolvadex over an AI
