2-week frontload?

in order to minimize the sides of the massive dose the first week... could you split up the frontload over the first two weeks instead?

if you wanna run 500mg test e/week normal...

say week 1 - shot 1 500mg, shot 2 250
week 2 - shot 1 500mg, shot 2 250
every shot thereafter - 250

just seems like a safer "frontload" option, especially for a 1st timer.

If your going to frontload which you might not want to do on your first run you double the dose until th first half life.

yeah, i'm kinda up in the air on that one... i was planning on a 10 week frontload, but if i don't i'll just be 11 weeks

10-12 weeks will be fine for your first cycle.

i have front loaded b4 and it worked well for me. I didnt do it on my first cycle tho. I got good advice and used it. So like the other members are saying i wouldnt do it for a first cycle. 500 mgs a week of test e for 10 weeks is a good starter

i only frontload long chained esters like:

test e
equipoise
deca

frontloading is just doubling your planned dose for the 1st 2 weeks.

i think since there is now npp, equipoise is the only compound to frontload these days.
