Please help first cycle starting tomorrow...

I am starting my first cycle ever tomorrow. I will be taking anavar . I was curious on a adequate amount to start with. Also should I be taking that before I start my workout? I'm going to be on a strictly protein diet is this ok? Any advice at all will be greatly appreciated.

28y/o female
130 lbs
5'5

What are your goals for this cycle?

how long are you gonna run it?

10-15mgs/day seem to be the female doses for anavar

if your going to run var then start with 5mgs for a week then you can raise it to 10mgs for the next 6 weeks or however long your going to run it. the diet is really up to you and your goals.

Well I want to gain muscle and cut. I want to run for at least 8 weeks. Is that good?

well did they come from a friend in a bag or some shit..
could ask who they came from what they are or can post up a pic.. maybe someone can identify them

i'd like to see your diet in detail for critique, i think you can accomplish what you want to with some tweeks to it
