    Noob here, question about pGH

Hello, let me start off by saying that i'm very new to the whole steroid thing. I've been reading up for a couple days now trying to get some info on pGH (the pill form), definately don't wanna be injecting anything atm. Just some basic questions I hope you guys could answer

    age:21
    height:6'0"
    weight:125

To put it simply, i've been a stick all my life. Probably the most frustrating thing i've ever dealt with is the fact that no matter what I eat, how I eat, I can't gain any weight. I recently purchased a Bowflex to use at home for convenience, and worked on that for about 2 months, with little results. I got a little more toned, but no real weight gain. Stopped training for about a month, and now I got back on it and have been for about 1 month. Again, not seeing much results.

I've bought books trying to learn techniques to gain naturally, but again, I just can't seem to put on the pounds. The supplements I take are 3g of fish oil, 5g of creatine, and protein powder each day. My goal is to pretty much get on the right side of 150 any way possible, i'm so frustrated with being skinny I don't have any other route to go.

My question about pGH I guess, is will it really help me reach my goal a bit easier? And how bad are the side-effects? Thanks in advance.

Diet is your weapon not AAS! with your condition.

Yeah, 125 pounds, i'm the definition of an ectomorph. =/

I hear my diet is my problem a lot, with the way I eat though I would think most people would be a fat and out of shape 220 pounds. I eat kind of inconsistently, skip breakfast sometimes but make up for it later by devouring an entire large pizza. Probably the stupidest and most unhealthy thing ever. I know it's not smart. I really don't even know how many calories I consume a day, but I would guess around 2,000-2,500. I realize that AAS is probably taking the wrong route, but i'm just so frustrated I don't care.

the answer is too general ... take that the right way - you need to have a solid meal plan that you know what you eat every day

and at you size i would try to bump up the cals to 2800 or more to put on some weight... the the cal must be a good mix of protein, carbs and fat

do some research on the search button for diet
