100mgs dbol is over the top mate -cut it down to 50mgs every day.
many say sust needs to be shot every day or every other day min ,the way your doing is fine imo.

so are you doing 500mg deca twice a week or is it 2ml vials (250mg)

ive done 1 cycle of deca and sus 2 years ago but only cause mates were, didnt work out proply or eat proply so dosent count lol
my deca is 250mg in 10ml viles doin 2 ml a shot
i know not to expect miricles straight away but wat sort of gains in what sort of time , many thank i do aprectiate your help

your body fat is too high mate ,get it down to around 12-14% and you will see far better results.

so should i cut them out all to gether and stick to sliming down, and not started that deca yet , have done 3 shots so far that was in 2ml viles saying 250mg , just realised that the larger 10ml viles will be 250mg per ml

1st off gota shoot sus EOD, and for you do a half cc that 125mg per shot so 500mg per week. go sunday, tuesday, thursday sat, then monday, wednesday, fri, sunday and so on
ok but that aside, now about you just quitting now. in a way i want to say yes, but in a way i dont.
do you have your clomid and nolva for pct?
anyone else any input bout quitting?

post cycle therapy , more important than your cycle. get all your natural hormone levels up and going again since they are sut down during cycle. without pct, this could be very very damaging. this is just a brief descrip for you.
go to the pct threads and read the stickies asap
you need to see about getting nolvadex and clomid from your source too asap

psy you really have jumped into this without thinking lol. If i was you i would stop your cycle now, pct is so so important lol. Please stay around, ask as many questions as you want and research as much as you can, there is so much you need to know.

thanks sooo much , i live in realy small town and the guy i discussed it with is well know for roids (he about 5.9 and 280lb ) and he meant to be a friend !!! he has never mentiond pct !!! wats worse continuing with the cycle and giving me time to source clomid etc or coming off without pct ?
p.s i thout i had good advice from him , glad i checked on here , sorry for my foolishness

I would recommend staying on cycle if you do not have any pct. Youre bodyfat % is high but some people have cycled with higher. Im alittle confused as to what dosage youre running.
If you continue to stay on cycle and run it to the end you need to have ALL your pct items. Deca is a 19nortestosterone compound and is very supressive of natural test levels so an aggressive pct will be in order, nothing over the top however. Id run hcg , clomid, and nolvadex for pct. Id work on getting your bf% down rapidly as possible (you will lean out some when your injectable compounds kick in).
At higher bf% you need to be looking out for estrogen related sides. Particularly gynocomastia (gyno/bitch tit/growth of breast tissue). At a higher bf% it will be harder to spot but look for tender, sore nipples (puffy nipples can be a sign but is not a tell tale symptom like the others) and a lump developing under the nipple. It may start very small and progress but pay careful attention to that if youre planning on running cycle to completion.Last edited by MMArmour; 02-24-2009 at 01:51 PM.

First off..
Dbol dosage is way high brotha. Lower it to 50mg/ed. Im running that dosage right now and it works awesome.
If the 10ml vial of deca says 250mg then you will need 1 ml to get 250mg.
Sust is supposed to be run eod but running it how you are will work out just fine I think.
So it looks like youre running
Sust @ 500mg/wk
Deca @ 500mg/wk
Is this correct?

my work out is about 50 mins weights an a 15min run and the a few miles a night on ma bike , should i lower my weight time and up the cardio ?

Try doing a cardio session first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. That is when your body has no choice but to burn fat. And stick with the cardion Post workout. Try to up it to at least 25-30 min. Check around for your target heart rate as you do not want to burn muscle. That should help lower your BF but another factor is your diet. What does your daily diet look like?

If possible id split up cardio time in the morning on an empty stomach (this may mean waking up early for work..whatever. Do what it takes) and stick with no more than 90 mins in the gym at night. Glutamine before and after cardio can help prevent muscle wasting and i would recommend using it. Dont use it with whey protein after your cardio as it fights for absorbtion with the glutamine peptides in whey. From that ive read lipolysis (fat burning) doesnt begin till about 20 mins into the cardio session. So id recommend at least 45 mins of cardio. This may make gaining weight hard at first with so much cardio but youll lose fat rapidly. As the body fat goes down you can minimize your cardiovascular exercise.
I wouldnt take it upon your dealer to get you a PCT if he didnt bother to tell you the first time, if he stalls much longer PM a few guys and see about pct sources online.
How long are you planning on running these AAS?

ma diet ok for example today was , 6.40am fruit and cerial protien and nano vapor 8.45 fruit, protien, chicken sandwich 10am smothie 12pm bacon and egg 5pm 2xchikn brest potatos and salad thats normal a days diet
