How to know if clen is working?
Im on my 6th day now and i dont feel any different. No jittery fingers, body temp. the same, no insomnia, heart rate "almost" the same (slightly more by 4-5 beats...not even sure if thats from the clen ). Started with 40mcg...increasing by 20mcg every 3 days. Will go up to 120-140mcg...depending on how my body reacts. So how am i supposed to know if its working for me? Of course i could check my progress and monitor my fat losses but i cant really know if its the clen thats helping me with the losses. And in case youre wondering if my gear is legit, yes...it is. I researched it. Its the bulgarian clen by sopharma.

yeah man, I don't really get sides ever, except for the occasional jitters.

Heres a list:
-Muscle Cramps
-jitters (sometimes un-controlable)
-clammy skin (sweaty and gross feeling)
-Insane muscle pumps to the point you have to use your left arm to straighten out your right one
-Poor sleeping or insomnia
-night sweats
Those are just a few that I experienced, I only took it for 15 days never going above 120mcg. I dont think I`ll ever use that crap again. I dont get sides like that from big cycles, glad it was just a free trial dose. Would have thrown the rest out if I had anymore.

Do you check your temp at all?
I notice sides when I first start but over a few days as the dose goes up I don't notice them anymore

not now since the clen is already in his system and his temp will have raised already, to do it correctly you need to take your waking temp for a week prior to taking the clen to establish a baseline then keep taking it while you run the clen, your temp should increase 0.5-1.0 degree (Fahrenheit) when the clen is working

I'll get jitters, sometimes my leg will shake a bit... and muscle cramps from hell... I had a tryout for a professional team.... I think i was a couple weeks off of clen and I couldn't even move, worst i've ever experienced
needless to say it didn't really do anything as far as bf goes...

I know this is going to sound really weird to you guys but i noticed that ive been sleeping alot lately. I mean, im almost always tired and sleepy. I could sleep for 8 hours straight, wake up eat a meal, go to the store, come back and sleep again for 8 hours. And i would really feel sleepy to. I was NEVER like this before. I used to sleep for only 5 hours and wake up wide eyed and bushy tail. Now i just dont have the energy or will to go to the gym. My appetite as dramaticaly decreased. I have to force myself to eat. I used to take protein shakes only pre and post workout. Now im taking a shake instead of a meal. Its like the clen is sucking all the energy out of me. Could that be possible?
