    first time. help please

    ive always been interested in steroids and a friend gave me some of his. what i have is a bottle of rage rv5, d-bol, and 6-oxo. what i do know is i have to eat alot of protein and drink alot of water and workout ofcourse which i normally do anyways. any advice would be great. thank you.

    6-oxo is more of a pct thing, a weak one...
    d-bol alone isn't really a great cycle..

    first of all give me some stats
    age
    weight
    bf
    height
    years experiance with workin out
    im guessin this would be your first cycle

    Do NOT ingest anything until you know EXACTLY what you have, what you need, and Knowledge of what to do after you are done with them !!!!!

    You could really screw up your body if you take things like this without knowing how to do them properly.

    I suggest searching around this forum for a few weeks reading through posts and asking particular questions about things you don't quite understand...... this isn't as easy as people want it to be.... (take 3 pink pills each day and drink that bottle of water, hit the gym and POW!!! you're a fuc_king monster!! Keep reading because not one person can just explain this all to you but post your stats and people will help out and point you in the right direction...

    ive been working out for about 3 years and yes its my first cycle.
    if bf stands for body fat i couldnt tell you. im in good shape and tone im just looking for size and strength now.

    You're too skinny for steroids and this is not a cycle anyways. If you've been working out for 3 years and you are 6 feet tall and 175 something is wrong with your diet and weight training program.

    colby, where are you?

    Please post up a typical days food intake so we can see why you are not gaining.

    at 6' you should easily be about to get to 200 lbs with NO steroids .

    its not like im out of shape or anything. the only equipment i have to work with is a weight bench with a curl bar on the other end. i also have i guess what you consider a free weight curl bar. one of my close friends has arms twice as thick as mine and ive put him to shame many times in an arm wrestle and he weighs 240. hes not fat hes just a big guy. and my diet, i couldnt tell you what ate yesterday. i try to eat as healthy as possible but my life revolves around work. i just bought a brand new truck and keeping the bills paid is tough and im always on the go. i stay away from fast food as much as possible. i always eat breakfast in the morning and a solid dinner. sometimes i skip lunch because i dont have time. i try to workout atleast twice a day lately since im trying to build more. hope that helps.

    no one said you were out of shape. just too skinny for your height. you need to add Mass, and the only way to do that is with the correct food intake,

    supplements , even steroids won't work without proper food intake

    working out twice a day isn't the answer, and if done incorrectly, then you are making things worse by EATING your muscles away.

    You grow when you are asleep, not when your in the gym

    skipping lunch isn't gonna do it

    you need to eat EVERY 3 HOURS you are awake !!! two meals a day puts your body into startvation mode and anything it can't burn in 3 hours it will store as FAT !!!!

    absolutely NOTHING !!!!! you are not even close to being ready to use ANY steroids

    Honestly, use the money on FOOD !! you will be very disappointed if you use steroids right now

    I am not trying to stop you, just tell you the truth as to how this works, and the way you are doing things, steroids will NOT do what you expect them to

    I hope so, i know its not what you want to hear, but I really am trying to help you

    If steroids were magic, believe me I would just take them and sit on my butt and grow.....they dont' work that way

    it takes TONS of dedication and hard work every single day in order to get and keep the gains you make from steroids

    check out the diet section of the forums here and look under bulking diets and see how to eat to grow. You can probably put on 20lbs if you just eat right
