Injecting myself???
i may have someone to shoot me up with the gear sometimes but i dont wanna rely on anyone so I was wondering what area of my body i should be able to shoot it myself???

never inject the same site twice in a week, some people alternate from quad to shoulder to glute on one side then do the same on the other side. quad gets the most soar for a virgin muscle.

I would say quads IMO would have to be the best place for a beginner

I personally like doing my shoulders myself and looking in the mirror... im guessing your new to injecting so go to that site. all it comes down to is personal preference..and like ArlingtonTXgrown said don't inject in the same spot more then once a week. The reason behind this is it will build up unnecessary scar tissue and the injections will hurt exponentially more.....do your research before you hurt yourself though..thanks.

I would only shoot glutes, unless you are shooting prop. Quads it is easy for some to hit a nerve and blood vessels, I know I do sometimes. Glutes seem hard but not that bad, you can use a mirror at first to see if you are hitting the outer upper quadrant.

i do quads calves delts and pecs. quads are the only place I ever get tren cough.

cause im seeming to get a caugh from them... ha ha
