    hands getting shaky with injecting.

self explanatory... my hands get shaky for my shoulder injections...the obvious getting some one else to inject for me. Is their any other advice to get some of the shakes away?

Just relax bro. It's pretty nerve wrecking the first couple of times. I squeeze a pair of socks with whatever shoulder I'm injecting and inject with the other arm. You'll get over it.

I'm waiting for the "if you can't handle the shaking you're not ready for AAS" comment from someone.
