The first Anavar cycle was 30mg/day for 3 months - saw slow but solid gains, good striation, etc and I think it was a good intro to roids. I don't plan to switch as I'm not looking to get huge, but I'd like to increase the daily dose to 50 or 60mg/day. I'm now in a 6 week off period.
if you've been off for 6 weeks i would recommend more off time, did you pct at all?
1) Do you think this increase is OK for someone like me (not pro-level by any means, but in good shape and healthy)?
2) I'm having some post-workout muscle cramping issues, mostly chest and biceps - any advice (yes, I drink lots of water and supplement properly)?
could be electrolyte imbalance, try salting your meal before you go to the gym
