    2nd cycle help

I plan on doing this cycle soon. Im working on my b/f but it is a little high (22%). I did a cycle last year of test E @250 twice a week for 12 weeks. At that time my b/f was 25%, but has no neg sides. Because im adding to the original cycle can someone recommend an anti estrogen to take while on my cycle? Or do I even need it? I have vacation from work in two weeks and would like to begin the cycle then.

    Im 38
    210 lbs
    6ft
    working out for 8 years
train heavy weights 6 days a week and mix in cardio 3 times a week.
Im pretty solid with no real belly fat but do have those love handles.
My vice which held me back from loosing b/f was lots of peanut butter and drinking. I stopped both.

    1-4: prop @ 50/day
    1-10: deca @ 400/week
    1-12: test-e @ 500/week

    14-17: Nolva @ 20mg/day
    14-19: Clomid @ 50mg/day

well PCT would start on week 15, not 14. PCT is 14 days after last test E injection

arimidex is a great AI to have on hand for use during the cycle

bodyfat is still a bit high, so if your set on doing this now, I would look at your diet and add a few cardio days to get that down

Better off to drop bf down to 15% before cycling again. You have a higher risk of estrogen sides with bf that high.
