1st Time Cut Cycle - Help Plz
Im 24 years old
5'11 at 205lbs I wouldnt be able to give you an accurate BF% bc I dont know too much about it.
Anyways Been working out for about 15 months now. I have gone from 260lbs with pretty no muscle at all. To give you an idea my 1 rep max for bench was 95lbs. Haha. Anyways I feel like I am starting to hit my wall. I considered this like 6 months ago but I decided to wait closer to spring 09 and lose some more fat. I feel like im experienced enough in the gym to make this work the right way now. I have a supplier but I just want to compare what he tell me to take to what maybe you guys may suggest to me.
I want to do a cylce of Winstrol . What else to I need to make this work the right way. Im trying to cut. Im in the gym for 60 to 90 min 5x a week. Cardio 3 to 4 times a week. And the best diet ive been on since i started. Let me know if you need any more info.

Welcome. If you wanna cycle you should never run winni alone. Your first cycle should be test e or test c.

if you cycle at that excessive weight you're going to put yourself at risk of cardio-vascular problems.
please listen, do not cycle. be smart: these are drugs. they can permanently fvck up your body. you just have to continue to cut naturally through diet and cardio. I'd be doing MUCH more cardio then you currently are, if I was cutting weight.

what is your diet like? post up a typical days food intake and times you eat so we can see
as stated Winny by itself is a BAD idea for several reasons, one, it will shut down your natural test production, and two, at higher bodyfat levels, it will do you no good at all.
you need to try to get your bodyfat under 15% to safely cycle, and under 10% to see any results from winny
if you have a pic of yourself , you can post it up and block out your face, so we can get an idea of your bodyfat

205lbs alot of weight? I mean there isnt too much fat left on my body to be honest im just very bulky at this point. And Yeah I dont want to take Winstrol alone. Im asking what else to I need with it.

First of all, hitting a wall after 15 months is far from hitting your genetic ceiling. Everyone, even on AAS hits sticking points. Posting of your diet and some pics would tell quite a bit.

Typical Diet would be
I am a store manager for Walgreens. My sched is varied from morns to a couple nights a week. But a normal day is
morning - Isopure Protein Shake 50g protein
workout
musclemilk after gym - they sell them there for cheap
home lunch about 40 min later after MM 2 steaks at 30 to 35g protein each or a Lean Turkey Burger at 20g.
Chicken or Eggs for dinner. If im working Im limited to Jerky or Yogurt.
Isopure shake 9pm

I cant exactly cook up a dinner at work. Im pretty limited. I feel like I eat enough. Morning is lacking. Ill pm when i get a picture. Im not doing it right now.
I would have no problem eating more. but I do work 60 hours a week. I live at work and gym. I do the best that I can. I can improve though

I love it when people threaten to harm themselves to prove a point. I've given you advice, you just don't wanna listen, because it doesn't involve doing steroids .

Ok, will try to be nice here but, please dont tell me thats the best you can do. They sell tupperware at Walgreens right? If not find a place that does and buy lots. Next cook 5-7 meals for the next day prior to going to bed and take them with you to work. Yes, sometimes you might have to eat them cold.
I can tell you now your diet is the weak link in your chain and adding winstrol and someting else is not going to change that.

theres ways around cooking.
when I was cutting for a competition, I would take my day off (sunday) and cook for the entire week. I had lots of chicken breasts and sweet potatoes in gladware containers and would take a cooler with me when I knew I needed to eat at a certain time.
you should try to eat small meals every 3 hours you are awake
this will force your body to burn calories digesting and will turn off your fat stores so you wont store fat
thats just the abridged version. where there is a will there is a way.
shakes are ok after workout, but dont' rely on them for your calories as they take hardly anything to digest and you are missing the good stuff in real food that will aid in growth and cutting

don't buy anything!!! I'm trying to tell you... it will NOT work for you.
k winstrol will have ZERO effect on you. your BF% is too high. @ 5'11 and 205 I can tell you that your BF is not below 14%... therefore winny will do absolutely nothing for your physique. It'll just dry out your joints, so you'll walk around like a 70 year old crippled man.

Def sounds like a good idea. I said I can def make it better. Coming from ppl who are experienced in this I will do this if thats what I need. I dont want to half ass this. Cooking chicken breast and meals for the week is very easy. Thanks for advice on Diet. I am no expert on that.

You want to be under 15% to cycle safely, anything over that and you multiply the risks of high blood pressure
you should always use Test in your cycles as the base even if it is low dose as winny will shut down your natty test, so you need to supplement it will injections. This will help keep your libido going and ability to get erections if you like that sort of thing

OKay okay i see now, Alright well thanks. I think at this point I can take it safely. But i am no 10% thats for sure. This is a big decision. You guys know your stuff. If im paying money I want it to work right. Well ill keep at it I guess.
Any suggestions on where I could get an accurate BF% measurement

Thank you guys, Ill try the better diet. Its not gonna be warm for a while anyways
And SeriousMass I didnt mean to be mouthy if i came off that way. If I remember ill snap some pics, when I do ill PM yah and see what you think. Im still a month away from taking. Ill see where I am then. if Im not there then itll just have to wait. Def dont want to waste my money...

most gyms that have personal trainers should be able to use calipers to do that for you
other than that, you would have to check yellow pages and see or ask your doctor
you can hold on to your stuff til your bf is a little lower
if you can get a pic posted with you in shorts, and face blacked out, we could give you a good estimate
if it helps, I am 5'11" and between 230-240 @ under 18%

I'm glad to hear you're working on your diet. Prepare your meals ahead of time and heat them up later. There is a whole other section dedicated to a proper diet. Check it out. You also have a lot of research to do on steroids before you do your first cycle and I believe a lot more natural muscle growth. Wait a while buddy, you'll thank us later.
