advice...
wanna start my first cycle. need advice. weight 173, height 5 11 age 22... what would be the best cycle for bulk. id like to put on about 25 lbs. what should i take?
i have been working out for about 2 years, and started at a weight of 140. i currently have 11% bf. so i would say i have a good base to start.. not sure tho, this is my 1st cycle.
please help me with :

and what types of cycle and how much to take per day and for how long...

u look lower than 11% bf. Anyways I'm no expert but I been researching alot lately since I'll be doing my first cycle soon as well. You should do Test Enanthate 200mg 2x a week for 10 weeks. If you wanna gain 25lbs I would also suggest 4 weeks of Dianabol 30mg everyday for the first 4 weeks. Stop after 4 weeks cuz its toxic on your liver. Rule of thumb for protein for bodybuilders is 1.5 x your body weight so you should shoot for 262 grams. Calories wise, it depends on your activity and goals. To gain 25lbs I would eat like a horse. Michael Phelps ate 10,000 calories a day because he burned so much swimming, for example.

I think you need to gain more naturally before cycling.
Youre a bit on the young side as well.

A good food cycle would serve you very well. You have a decent base and are fairly lean. At your age you can still grow like a weed with no extra help.
