    Knee pain

I shot in my left leg yesterday and today after I did legs I've had pretty bad knee pain. Could it just be from poor form or from the shot? Or is it just one of the side effects I have to deal with?

emphasize on what you mean by knee pain.. have you lost control of your knee, is it buckling on u?? or does it seem to be more of a pressure pain, or joint pain.. if you shot yourself and hit a nerve, referred pain is very possible.. shit, i couldn't walk straight once becasue i hit the nerve

your knee is a bone and you shot into a muscle so your bone shouldnt be effected by the injection

1 cc of prop. It feels just like joint pain. But the pain has significantly decreased since yesterday so im thinking I just over exerted on my squats
