I was wondering if you guys can recommend what to start out with on your first cycle. I have read other posts before and they have been very helpful. I am not try to get that beefy look but I just wanted to gain some lean muscle and maybe put on a few pounds (~5lbs). I injured my shoulder about a month ago and have been out of the gym since.
I was thinking of doing 200mg of Deca per week for 12 weeks and throwing in some Test at minimal dosages for 14 weeks just to maintain the libido. Is there anything else I need to supplement or as these two adequate at low doses?
I have read that some people prefer Eq over Deca as the gains are more maintained once the cycle is finished. What do you guys think about that?
As for me, I am 26, about 170ish lbs, 5'11" with about 10% BF.
