    Starting Out

    I was wondering if you guys can recommend what to start out with on your first cycle. I have read other posts before and they have been very helpful. I am not try to get that beefy look but I just wanted to gain some lean muscle and maybe put on a few pounds (~5lbs). I injured my shoulder about a month ago and have been out of the gym since.

    I was thinking of doing 200mg of Deca per week for 12 weeks and throwing in some Test at minimal dosages for 14 weeks just to maintain the libido. Is there anything else I need to supplement or as these two adequate at low doses?

    I have read that some people prefer Eq over Deca as the gains are more maintained once the cycle is finished. What do you guys think about that?

    As for me, I am 26, about 170ish lbs, 5'11" with about 10% BF.

    if you wanted to put on 5lbs its probably not worthwhile to juice.

    170 to 175 should be simple without gear. try creatine and protein shakes you will more than likely be happy with the results

    OKAY how about 20lbs?

    And has any of the gear been shown to accelerate muscle injury recovery?

    Recover naturally and gain strength over a time limit and not via AAS, eat a good clean diet and build your training up and when you have been back in the gym for a few wks and you training hard again then decide if you want to go on something. I would rather use gear to build tissue and not waste it trying to get back to normal IMHO.

    That's exactly my plan. I am gonna start for 2-4 wks with a warm up routine and get back to the usual state. Then I am gonna start the gear, preferably in April.

    So any comments on the questions about gear that I posted earlier?

    First cycle drop the deca . You'll be fine with Test E alone. 500mg/wk.. Testosterone has to be run 2 weeks longer than the deca so your plan is set up a little backwards there.
