Steroids dont reduce fat. But if you are going to cut while maintaining strength and muscle mass.... and doing mma....
prop 1-12 250wk
var any 6 weeks 50-100mg a day
eq 1-12 600 or more a week
i havent used var, if i can get a hold of some i will for my next cutting cycle in may. I used halo and wow was it awesome. My aggression, strength, and muscle hardness went through the roof! I also got very, very vascular and full. I have also read that halo ay increase the maximum amount of oxygen your blood can hold or something like that affecting top end cardio. I didnt notice that.

eg is non need becouse i have good cardio prop is ok what cane i taki with it ?
a whant to do a sterodi cycle after cutting weight

age
weight
height
goals
past cycles
what do you have planed for a pct. post cycle therapy

sorry you put your age in the first post.....
IMO cutting is all about diet and not gear....if you want to cut your body fat your diet and cardio is the best way.....
now if you want to do a cycle....I would look at test c or test e
pct......I would look at clomid nolva and an AI like Arimidex during your cycle...
please do some more research on cycles and pct....

yes I will help you but you need to read about cycles and pct's....then come up with a plan and post it and if there is something wrong we can get it straight....i dont want to give you all the answers you need to know what you are doing.....read the link t mos gave you

what are you not understanding?
you want to lose wait for mma so my advise is check out the diet section....you want to look at a cycle my advise would be test e test c on pct my advise is clomid and novl..and an AI for you cycle and pct if needed.....

why test on long esters ? why not for example prop+ something ??

that is fine if that the way you want to go....so what is you cycle and how are you going to run it and how much and what do you have planned for a pct.....

long esters mean less injecting
short esters or multi esters mean EVERYDAY injecting or EOD
I gave you a link to understand PCT
PCT knowledge should come BEFORE cycle knowledge. That is why we are stressing that to you.
meaning you should NEVER start a cylce without having PCT already set up and in your hands

OK, thats just it, WE can't GIVE you a cycle.
YOU need to have an understanding of what you want to do, what you want to take, and then lay it out and we will help you sort it all out,
we can't just write out everything and say HERE take this
You need to be a bit clearer on what your goals are
you say you want to reduce fat, but that is ALL about diet, not about steroids .
it doesn't sound like you have EVER used PCT, is this true?
if not, then you are going about this all wrong and risk screwing up your body for life, so we are trying to help you do things correctly
