How can anyone answer that? depends how they are faked, iv'e used fake organon sust and there's no difference between that and the real stuff.
Could be fake as in it doesnt contain what it says or it could contain just oil, or it could be contaminated crap, etc,etc.
Tren insomnia is pretty common.

it varies from what ive been told .."fake" or non legitimate manfacturers dont properly sanitize their product henceforth you run the risk of bacteria spreading thru your body..cold and flu symptons maybe or worse..,or the product is heavily diluted..and you wont see the gains you normally would with the real deal..hell fake gear could be vitamin c tabs (but shame on you if fall for that)..worst case scenario it could be intentionaly laced with life threatening substances..so learn to stay away from fakes...thats why i'm here...

like lats said, nobody can answer this question because nobody knows what would be there instead of the steroid. you can have sterile oil or nonsterile oil. you can have cyanide for all we know. most major companies that fake usually use the cheapest powders no matter what you order and they use less of it. ugl's can put whatever they want in

fake meaning what? just oil and no compound or a totally different compound packaged as something else?

and yes,you will have sleeping problems while using Tren, Insomnia is most likely,I used to take ambian or sonata just to sleep at night or i'd literally sleep 30min a night
