Hey guys...im not sure where to post this but i need some serious help. I am a wide receiver that took some time off from football and now i need a serious "boost" to get me back to where i was....i am 24 now but when i was 21 i was running 4.3 40 yard dashes...now i can barely run a 4.9
im 6'2 209 lbs and 11% bf
i wanna trim down to 190's but my question is what would i have to take to get my speed back....i have the capability to get back to it and maybe faster. i have a tryout for a CFL team in june so i need to get back on it....please help me any info you can provide would be awesome!
