Doing it properly, how????
Hi guys, im 35 years of age 5ft11 and 12 stone, at present i work overseas as an armed bodyguard and try to train upperbody at least every other day i also do at least a 30 to 40 minute run every other day and tend to take a sunday off. The thing is initially i went on a sustanon & deca cycle for a couple of months and didnt really find any gains, i then included a cycle of hgh and again didnt really find much in the way of gains here either, i try to eat as best i can but due to long missions this isnt always easy so i try to componsate with protein drinks and bars, a friend has told me that if i want to loose some tummy fat and get some gains i should try a cycle of dianabol also try to maintain a good diet with lots of cardio. does anyone have any ideas on what would be a good cycle to bulk up and get a good six pack, would appreciate the help fellas......cheers

Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test E (Split into 2 injections) Weekly
Weeks 1-6: Dianabol 40-50mg ED
Weeks 14, start PCT
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50
You could consider fat burners during PCT also, increase cardio etc to cut up completely
Lots of cardio but 100% on diet/training plus BCAA's to stop muscle loss etc .. You get the idea

your friend doesn't know much at all!! don't listen to him.
there seem to be several things here that don't lead themselves to making good gains.
doing upperbody at least every other day is NOT the way to make gains, in fact depending on what you are working on all those days, you may be burning muscle as you need to give your muscles time to recover.
You grow when you are at rest , not when you are working out!
You made no mention of working legs at all. Do you? Or is your run the only workout they get?
What is your bodyfat % and I am not sure how much a stone is , so if you can convert for me that would be great
too many protein drinks and bars will not do much for gains as you need SOLID WHOLE sources , but Post up a typical days food intake and times you eat, and we can start there
Dianabol , is NOT what you want to make and keep gains.
You also made NO mention of what you did for PCT (Post Cycle Therapy ) that is where your gains are either solidified or lost and its the most important part of any cycle
as you are shutting down your natural hormones (TEST) when on cycle, so you need to do a proper PCT in order to restore your natural levels
thats a start....more to follow after I get your diet info

LOL no prob. it just looks like the way he is doing things is why he isn't keeping any gains. so him jumping into another cycle without knowing everything isn't gonna get him where he wants to go...JMHO
Steroids are not a magic pill !!
