Hi guys, im 35 years of age 5ft11 and 12 stone, at present i work overseas as an armed bodyguard and try to train upperbody at least every other day i also do at least a 30 to 40 minute run every other day and tend to take a sunday off. The thing is initially i went on a sustanon & deca cycle for a couple of months and didnt really find any gains, i then included a cycle of hgh and again didnt really find much in the way of gains here either, i try to eat as best i can but due to long missions this isnt always easy so i try to componsate with protein drinks and bars, a friend has told me that if i want to loose some tummy fat and get some gains i should try a cycle of dianabol also try to maintain a good diet with lots of cardio. does anyone have any ideas on what would be a good cycle to bulk up and get a good six pack, would appreciate the help fellas......cheers
