Do you know anyone that stopped AS forever and kept his gains?
I have read Dan Duchaine's interview in past that says you loose everything eventually but would like to hear more opinions.
Is it true that even with good PCT and everything right after months you will return back to pre-steroid condition no matter training diet etc...?

No, it doesn't take months its longer(if you still workout and keep your diet) obviously if you stop working out and your diet is horrible then you will lose faster than you would with a better diet and consistent workout. It's a slow process and you return to your "genetic limit" which is the limit where genetically your body holds as much as muscle as it can naturally, even then you might fall below it since its hard to maintain a genetic limit.
For example, if Ronnie Coleman stopped using steroids and HGH he wouldn't become 200lbs in a year, it would be a long process. Depending on the muscle mass you gained it influences the time it takes to lose it.
But with HGH, he has induced hyperlasia, meaning split muscle cells so effectively he has made his genetic limit higher since he has more muscle cells than he did before using HGH.

If this was true then we would all be the same size.....PCT, post cycle workout, and diet really dictates how much of your gains you are going to keep....I believe what you do after your cycle is just as important as your cycle...so no you do not lose everything you gain anyone that has done a proper pct will tell you the same...JMO

I think you see so many people lose their gains are that they lose their dedication once they stop the juice. Working out becomes something they do a couple times a week and their diets go downhill.

imo as this has been discussed 1000000x and there have been some great debates .....i think it all depends regardless of years training etc (although if you have a great base 20yrs or so this will have some effect) all on what your own "natural " testosterone can hold onto (as in weight/muscle) once youve stopped gear ...... if your 300kgs and your natty test can support this then thats you........ if you are 50kgs and have lower test but it supports this then thats you - yes these kgs are just examples .....
again this is just my view ........

I think it depends on how far past your genetic limit you are when you finally stop for good. Also, how intense and often you work out, sleep, eat. All these are factors.

I'm convinced HGH influenced the range I weigh now.
I can go much larger with gear after running good quality product for 3-6 months spread over a few years.
