    Thumbs up My First cycle

    alright Im 18 and am 6'3 and weigh 170 and am looking to really bulk up Ive worked out my whole life but havent been able to put on any weight and i eat like crazy so Im looking at my first cycle I want to get close to 200 and i want some advice on cycles and Im trying to get one thats not to bad for acne.

    Please read the link Marcus gave you

    at 18 you would be making a HUGE mistake considering steroids right now

    at 6'3" you should be able to get to 220 NATURALLY, so if you can't gain weight now, you will most likely not keep any of the gains you make

    there are TOO many risks to your health when you start too young that too many kids think won't happen to them

    you could end up shutting down your natural testosterone and not getting it back on.

    Is a few more pounds worth that when you could easily get 20lbs just by changing your diet????

    You say you eat like crazy, BUT do you eat like a bodybuilder??

    Post up your typical days food intake with times you eat and let us start there, that will make the greatest change for you

    ciao friends,

    i am 36 yrs old, rugby player since 10 yrs.
    i am 169cm 85kg.
    i would like to play for other 2 yrs at least, then stop.
    i play in position that requires power.
    i am considering a cycle, never done that before.
    my goal is to achieve 3 or 4 kilos of mass.
    i regularly train in gym 4 times a week.

    can you help me in that with suggestions and advices?

    Don't do it budy. I was considering a cycle at age 21, and i'm glad the guys on this forum talked me out of it. Keep training and do your research. If you really want to do something that gives your an edge check out the legal sups that are offered at your local nutrition store.

    6'3 @ 170 lbs. You still have plenty of room for natural growth... You said you eat like crazy but cant gain weight...Obviously something isn't right with your diet and what you are eating, how much rest you are getting or your training.. Mind posting you diet so we can check it out. also checkout th4 diet section here on the site bro, anything else just ask,
