    Cycle :Test tren mas with Diet...final critque

    FINAL CRITQUE CUTTER
    5'9 185 age 30

    5 days per week in gym
    2 cycles prior of Test E (500mg) and Winnie which were moderate

    CYCLE :
    1-12 Test E 200mg x 2 per week
    1-12 Tren HEX 200mg x 2 per week
    1-5 DBOL 25mg ED
    maybe 1-12 Masteron 200mg EOD probably 6-12 200mg EOD
    Pct
    1-3 Hcg 500iu's Ed
    1-6 Nolva 20 mgs ed
    1-4 Aromasin 25 ed

    DIET
    1/2 cup egg whites 60 12 2 0
    1 whole egg 90 6 1 7
    1/2 cup oats 225 10 40 5
    TOTAL 375 28 43 12

    Meal #2
    4oz. Tuna 200 44 0 2
    1/2 cup oats*
    Total 440 56 44 5

    Meal #3
    8oz. Chicken breast 240 41 0 8
    1 cup ... Read More broccoli 30 1 0 4

    1 scoop ON whey 130 24 4 2
    1/2 cup oats 150 5 27 3 *add 1/8 cup nuts. approx 10 grams fat.*

    WORKOUT

    1/2 apple is good.*

    Could you add up total cals, fats, carbs, and proteins please, im lazy and you dont have them labled.

    I would take nuts out of pre-workout shake.

    And i wouldnt count PWO shake as a meal....but thats just me.

    I also would not even have a shake before the gym, id eat some whole food...can of tuna, chicken breast, cottage cheese, something.

    My goals are cutter cycle
    Total Cal 2620 Protein 300 carbs 200 fat 60
