iv bin doin sust 250 for 7 week. i had my last shot 2 week ago. can i start doin deca now or shud i give it a brake?

you need to do some serious research. 1st off you dont want to run deca alone, you want to run it along with test/sust. doing only 250mgs of sust for 7 weeks couldnt of had good results. i would of bumped it up to 500mgs a week and run it a min. of 10 weeks. deca also needs to be run at around 400mgs a week for 10 weeks min. and like i said, has to be run with test

sure.. No Problem mate,

I would suggest that anytime u would like to do something, do some research beforehand so that u know what u are getting urself into, Then work yourself out a clean diet for about 8-10 months, and only after that start looking into AAS. Go read up on PCT, this is used to return ur Tesosterone levels back to normal after u have done a course, this will help u to minimize ur potential loss of muscle etc. It will also help ur body start producing its own testosterone levels. Without proper PCT i wouldnt even touch AAS.

i would suggest u get some PCT on hand, then go do your homework, Get ur Diet intact, then work yourself out a nice course.
