Hi,

im new to steroids but i have been training in the weight room for the last 8 years... strong commited for the last 2. I have basic knowledge of cycles as my brother and friends did many successful cycles in college.

my stats:

25yrs old
6'1"
203lbs.
33" waist/ stubborn belly fat and love handles
body fat % was around 11-13% last time i checked.

diet is decent, can be better

take in around 3600 cals a day,

breakfast: Protien shake/cereal or cereal bar or yogurt
snack: banana,nuts
lunch: grilled chicken salad
snack: nuts, maybe turkey sandwich
workout
whey shake
dinner: chicken break or tuna, brown rice, fat free yogurt, veggies

im thinking i need to start eating dinner b4 i work out

I am looking to add some lean mass (and keep it) but i am unsure what to look for. Some have suggested Test, D-Bol, Winny... i have done a ton of reading on these and i am still unsure.

A friend of mine suggested HGH. Its a bit more expensive but looks "cleaner"
