Need some help with bulk cycle

Hey guys, i will be starting my 2nd cycle in about 6-8 weeks (depending on how long it takes to finish my shred). I wanna start planning it and i need your advice.

    21 yo
    5'10
    200 lbs
    16% bf

these stats are my current, my stats will look like this when i start my cycle:

    185 lbs (ish)
    around 6 or 7% bf (i hope)

This being my first bulking cycle i dont wanna mess it up.

One big thing though is i dont wanna do a conventional bulk. I dont want that thick as hell off-season look. I wanna stay moderately lean and keep my bf% under 12 throughout the cycle.

That all being said, i think ive covered everything, so if you guys could post a cycle that would be in my interest, i would greatly appreciate it.

Wow so you hope to your cut your bodyfat by more than half in 6-8 weeks... What type of diet are you following.... doesn't seem to be a realistic goal IMO

Also most here will not just hand you a bulk cycle... Look through the threads.... Maybe start will test/dbol IDK.... the reason for this is so you have a good understanding of what you are doing and don't/won't need your hand held....

Diet/cardio will dictate more than anything how far out in your body fat percentage you will go....

I suggest you continue to read up and design your own cycle

To do what you suggested you need to add 5 lbs of muscle while dropping 20lbs of fat in the next 6-8 weeks. If you can do that you dont need any extra help.

My question is what would be a good bulk cycle to run while staying moderately lean.

And i am starting week 8 of my diet/cardio plan and i started at 23% bf, now at 16%. That was just the first half, now im starting to taper my carbs and increase protein. Also im doubling my cardio (started with 2 hours a week for first 7 weeks, now im doing 4).

Or, since your lean is currently 169 you would need to lose 21 pounds of fat and hold your lean. That would put you around 6% but your weight would only be 179.

Yeah don't be one of those people.... all about the scale. We all carry weight different... Its about the mirror. I got like that for a while and it fukked me up... Much harder to get rid of pesky fat..... plus all the issues that come along with cycling at a high bf%. You look better in the 10-12 range IMO during a bulk cycle.... the diet will dictate how "fat" you get.....

And yes I think 10% in the next 6-8 weeks is much more realistic and will be better for you

ya pesky bf is so lameeeee! once i get rid of it, it wont come back i promise you that. ive totally changed the way that i eat, for life, so my diet will be spot-on during my cycle. and youre right, 10% seems more realistic. thanks again bro.

thats the key.... be in this for life.... not the quick in and out.... do all that you can in order to be the best you can be.... that will separate you from the crowd

    No problem....

Keep that diet in check during your bulking run also. As long as you eat right you should have no problem putting on good lean muscle as you grow insted of getting that bloated gross look.. Any chance you can post your diet now, and what you might plan on doing in the future with the gear?
