I assume we are talking about Clomid in pill form/pharmaceutical clomid?
It is no where near faked as much as steroids because the price of clomid compared to steroids aren't close. There are probably scammers out there (I dont know who would make fake clomid), but most likely you will get scammed and not receive your product rather than someone sending you pills made of sugar or something.

yep.. dont think ive ever seen fake clomid.. but if you did a google search and found a pharmacy good chance of losing the cake.

I don't think you have to worry about fake clomid, its too cheap for someone too waste time making fakes
