so i just have a general question.. which is the best place to inject and why?what are benefits of injecting in the delts rather than glutes and vice versa?
and what size of needles should be used for delts, some people are saying that 5/8" are fine for delts but others are saying 1"

needle length really depends on the amount of fat covering the muscle ur injecting into.

Needle length depends on the spot and substance being injected.

Here is a general guideline for what I do.

Oil Based Steroid - Delt, Quad, Calf, Chest - 1" 25g to pin - 18g to draw
Oil Based Steroid - Glute 1-1/2 " 23g pin - 18g to draw (I can't do this, must be done for me.. to big)
Water based steroids - Winstrol, Test Suspension(Fine Grain) 27g - Takes forever but is well worth it. Sometimes the pin gets clogged. Remove a little, giggle then inject what you can.


That is all.

The benefits for me is that i can hit my delts better than my glutes. Same with tri's and quads. Use 1" everywhere except glutes. Use 1.5 for them.

I would use 1" for delts. AAS are meant to be injected deep IM.
