just want to say thanks to all of you who are willing to help new people learn how to cycle safely and effectively, and make them think about whether or not they are ready to do a cycle.
i have read extensively and have decided to start my first cycle and am looking for a bit of reassurance to tweak my cycle from members.
i was originally going to do as follows:
weeks 1-3
sus 250 - 1ml x 2 /week = 2ml/week
weeks 4-12
prop - 1.6ml x 3 /week = 5ml/week
weeks 4-8
deca - 2ml /week
after reading some forums on sus, am i better to spread the 2ml/week of sus over eod injections, rather than twice a week?
can someone please recommend the best way to transition from sus to prop at end of week 3?
what reasons for/against including deca in this cycle?
have spent last year getting diet and training in order before starting cycle. competing friend has suggested the following cycle and i am interested to hear your thought.
