More scar tissue, more tissue trama and more oil saturation.

    how do you mean?

you should give the muscle about a week in between injection in order to reduce scar tissue buildup

I only injected in each quad once every 6 days and now I can start feeling the scar tissue building up.

when you inject in your quad, you have around a 4 x 4 (id say) inch area to choose where you want to inject. its easy to space them out throughout the area and avoid tissues problems.

also, you have 2 quads (lol) so this doubles the space you have to inject.

I have done 3 cycles and used only my quads. For me it was the ease and I never had any issues.

X2 i love quads i have to inject eod and use both of them only and have no issues at all....honestly though it seems awkward to shoot up anywhere else except chest but it makes me cringe just thinking about it

the reason i ask is because i do twice a week injections in the quads, so that means each quad gets a shot once a week. the first shot in each muscle was normal. easy to do, no pain during injection and didn't hurt too much the next couple days. the shot before the last one, was normal during injection and had even less pain in the days following. I figured I was getting used to the injections. but the last shot was a little painful during injection and now is pretty sore today. I was wandering if i just got close to a nerve or what. what is different about this injection?

yea, it could be several things, you may have hit a nerve, or you may have moved the needle around a bit more than usual.

you should be ok, just keep an eye on it

well it can cause scar tissue build up over time, which will make it even harder to inject

you don't need to be flexible to inject glutes. Kale has a great thread on injecting and where to inject

I don't reach around much at all to hit glutes, I hit the upper outside part of it and it just takes a little twisting

you can also try other sites as EOD shots will eventually get painful in the same spot

    here is the link

    How To Inject

Because injecting into your calf is like getting run over by a car

    never again, never...

only delts / glutes for me.

X2 its impossible for me, i dont see how anyone could do it by themselves...it seems like your butt is going to be tight because your standing up so its going to hurt, then you have to keep twisted and somehow inject...i love quad injections though but i might try biceps or delts...just kind of scared

25g needles suck! takes forever, so painless though. next time i'm getting 23g...

I guess the last time I injected I didn't get deep enough into the muscle and i have a spot next to the site that is a little swollen. I read that this is normal for not injecting deep enough into the muscle and "henders" absorbtion. what exactly does that mean?

That would be "hinders", not "henders". So it means absorption is negatively affected.

i thought it didn't look right but anyway... but how is it affected negatively? slower absorption?

Delt and Quads are what I do, Glutes is too hard for me and I will end up tensing the muscle so its useless since I have to do injections by myself.
