    should i start using steroids?

    hey guys im 18 and im wanting to start using steroids
    but becuase im 18 what i was thinking of doing is taking 1 dose per week for 2 weeks during the next school holidays
    i've been training for 6 months now and i've improved alot, but i want to take my body to the next level
    i weigh 75 kg's
    BF= 14.5% (wanting to get it around 10%)
    and im 176 cm tall
    i really want to lose 3.5 kg's which will take my bf to 10% and want to gain muscle
    should i take two doses? or just do it the natural way?
    a few people at my school do roids and there massive, i just want to be in par with them

    Don't do anything with steroids, WHAT so ever!!!

    You are to young for starters and you risk damaging things in your body, you don't even know of yet.

    You need to concentrate on eating healthy and lifting your butt off.

    You have lots of natural testosterone in your body. USE IT!

    Steroids are not magic.

    im mature enough to listen to any advice you guys give me as i have a lack of knowledge with steriods

    if you guys tell me not to use them i wont, but it just doesnt feel like my body is changing fast enough. like i still dont have abs or chest no matter how hard i try
    i eat 6 sometimes 7 meals a day
    all nutritional
    i do weights 5 times a week
    and cardio two times a week
    i also do low intensity cardio after some weigh sessions
    what am i doing wrong?

    let's start with diet as that's normally the problem

    write down everything you eat tomorrow and post it back here, amounts as well so we can get a basic idea

    You may be overtraining. List out your tyoical daily diet. If you are not as big and strong as your buddies that are doing steroids, you are not doing anything wrong. They are, and they will regret it to no end one day.

    well today i have eaten
    oats for breakfast with a glass of low fat soy milk
    during my recess i had an apple, a bannana, about 50grams of nuts and half a protein bar which has 34g of protein and 39g of carbs
    for lunch i had a tuna and lettuce sandwhich
    for dinner i had a 400g rib eye steak with rocket, onion and tomatoes on the side
    then for desert i had the other half of the protein bar and a fruit salad
    then i went to gym, after gym i had a protein shake (muscle milk) and about 200g steak around 20 minutes after my shake
    that's what i usually eat everyday
    sometimes i have grilled chicken instead of steak or grilled fish. but everything else is around the same

    The right foods at the right time is just like taking steroids at your age. Don't even risk it bro.

    No offense, but your diet is WAY off man. You got lucky and came to the right place. Check out the diet section of this board and post for help. We'll get u that six pack in no time!

    i can guarantee that THIS is 99% of why most kids your age are not growing like a weed !!!!

    Phate is great with diet and loves to tweek them so post up your days food and let us help you on the right path

    when its time we will gladly help you do steroids the right way to keep you healthy

    ^^^ yea, not terrible, but NOT conducive for GROWTH. I will let Phate tell you why as i have to run for now

    you need protein in every meal, go for liquid egg whites here, 50g of protein worth

    you need carbs PWO, get a couple bananas/oats/red potatos

    add one more meal(pro/fat)
    get some cottage cheese or some lean protein and nuts/natty pb

    that's what i usually eat everyday
    sometimes i have grilled chicken instead of steak or grilled fish. but everything else is around the same
    first off this isn't near enough food, and the majority of it is meal replacement bars and such which are way overrated

    if you want to go more in depth we can in the diet forum, but with these additions you should start making some headway

    i dont know if americans have heard of it but its similar to lettuce, its pretty much just leaves. it goes nicely in any salad

    haha yea man i did first @ 21. and i beleive that was too young, wish i never did it. sex drive is goneeeeeeee, it works but if i dont get it it doesnt bother me like it used to

    Im 18 also, I know how you fill about wanting to be bigger right away, trust me its worth the wait. There many reasons why you shouldn't use and I will let everyone else in here that knows more them me tell you . I do know that if you want to get bigger EAT EAT EAT LIFT LIFT LIFT, and then repeat! If you somehow don't get bigger eat more! You need dedication to eating and lifting, if you want it bad enough turn it into your lifestyle.

    To be completely honest big mark, your best bet is to go into the diet section, start with the stickys(which are great) and after you get a pretty good understanding of diet post thread and let everyone tweak it to fit your stats/goals. It's going to take time to learn like anything, but holy hell is it worth it. Good luck in whatever you do and welcome.

    Also, "using steroids without the proper nutrition, is like having nitrous tanks on your car with no gas". I forgot who said that but I liked it

    So even if you do decide to juice,(which you should def wait) better get the diet on lock first.

    there is some very good advise in this thread already ,you must take in all you read here ,accept post 2 -lol-

    you do this right and in a few years you will be in far far better shape natural than most of the tean aas users will be.

    honestly man, it sounds like you got a good head on your shoulders and will listen to the advice. Study and work on that diet. It sounds overly simplified but those are the two most important things you can do. Best of luck
