for lunch i had a tuna and lettuce sandwhich
now bad, make sure there is a good bit of tuna though, remember, 50-60g of protein per meal
for dinner i had a 400g rib eye steak with rocket, onion and tomatoes on the side
what's rocket? add some potatos as well to this
then for desert i had the other half of the protein bar and a fruit salad
cut this
then i went to gym, after gym i had a protein shake (muscle milk) and about 200g steak around 20 minutes after my shake
you need carbs PWO, get a couple bananas/oats/red potatos
add one more meal(pro/fat)
get some cottage cheese or some lean protein and nuts/natty pb
that's what i usually eat everyday
sometimes i have grilled chicken instead of steak or grilled fish. but everything else is around the same
