When do i stick it?

Ok imma about to start my first cycle ever. It was gonna be with Test E and Deca ,but after all the replys i got saying i should drop the Deca, i decided to do it. Now im just gonna run Test at 500 a week for 12 weeks and then 2 weeks after my last shot, the start my PCT of nolvadex.. Im still looking for the HCG but i dont know when i should start it and end it, or even how much.? Now what i realy want to know is when i take my shots when do i? do i pick a day of the week, and just take it at the same time the next week?
