    need to get over hump!!

    I posted this on powerlifting forum and got jack shit.

    I need help with:
    did deads 650 3" for 15 and need a boost to get to around 18+ reps or so, before I start another cycle.... help

    meal yeah just got mad help with that by phate (he is awesoem and really kicked my ass in gear) routine I do is all over the place tell me what you wnat to know weekly or monthly cause it lit changes every week big time. cycle well that more comp still really trying to fig what I want for next cycle. ifsa comp that i'm paid into coming up in nov so still ways away but I need to really think about what going to give me max strength and least amount of loss!

    upright rows palm down 12/10/8/6/4
    stones all 5, 5 times 280/300/320/340/360
    shrugs with rubbs on ends max amount 315/405/315/405/225
    tues:
    log press 10/8/6/4/2
    alternating dumbell standing 10/8/6/4/2
    incline 10/8/8/8/15
    incline fly 15/15/10/10/8/8/6/6/4/4
    hulks 12/12/10/10/6/6/4/4
    today:
    squats 12/12/12/8/8/8/6/6/4/4/4/4
    straight leg deads 8/8/8/8/8
    front load squats 10/10/10/12/12/15
    over head squats 12/12/10/8/8/8

    alotta people say anything past like 16 sets is overtraining... im guessing you dont follow this philosophy... im lifting heavy myself on this cycle running like 20 sets usually at 10/8/6/6.. do you recommend going heavier???

    I personally go ****ing nuts all the time.
    and buddy who is in college for something with genetics said that research shows doing the 5 rep range has shown to increase natural test production.
    but yeah I always got balls to the walls look at my training man I care what they say I'm not trying to be BB I'm trying to bench press buicks!
