Best Way to Lose a Little Fat while Bulking?

Here’s my current cycle, my focus is bulking, but I would like to lower my BF a little if possible (like to 10% or less). I am currently doing fasted AM Cardio, about 45-60 minutes of HITT Cardio 4 days a week (Muay Thai) and then the elliptical the other 3 days, first thing in the morning with just water and BCAA, no food. I am using the ECA stack for pre-cardio as well.
Would anyone suggest anything different to increase the body fat lose without adversely affecting muscle gain? I have plenty of everything, I could double my HGH, and I have Clen and T3 as well I could add. This is my 2nd Cycle in the last 14 months, and I have been on HGH for about 9 months.

    Stats
    Height: 6’1”
    Weight: 220 lbs
    Body Fat: 13.8%
    Age: 36

    Week 1-12
Testosterone Cypionate / 500mg, and 4IU HGH ed

I may add some Deca in a week or so, and stop a week before the end of my cycle. I am using Ralox for Estrogen control, and I have Nolva and Clomid on stand-by as well. Eating 3500-4000 calories a day of a high protein diet. Mostly Isopure Protein, and Myoplex. Just started this cycle.

If you goal is truly to "bulk" you are going to have a hard time shedding bodyfat at the same time. Most peoples definition of bulk is to add as much weight as possible in the form and fat and muscle.

Check out the diet sections. Its all about diet. Technically if you do it clean and don't put on any fat your BF will go down because of the muscle gain.

Judging from what you said, it just sounds like you need to keep doing what you are doing.

With how active you are and the compounds you are running, I'm surprised you are 13% bf. That routine you are doing should be able to carry you to 9% or less.

I'm going to say you are likely not eating enough complex carbohydrates or EFA.

Add 10-15g of fish oil capsules to 2 or 3 protein meals, and make the other 4 meals complex carbs / protein.

Without seeing your full diet, it's tough to gauge, but I'm just guessing.

I don't know much of anything about IGF-1 or HGH but the few things I have heard is that they are not for amateurs and that you have to know exactly what you are doing or you could seriously mess yourself up or kill yerself.. NOW !! .......... That being said and if it is correct then you should definitely not be recommending it to someone who is new ro rhe world of AAS...

I started AAS ten years ago, just took a few years off

So I am hearing, improve diet, check out complex carbs, and add EFA. That I can do. Diet is my weakest link, which is why I am still 13.8% versus 8%. I know it's easier to bulk when you don't have to watch the diet, but I will have to see what I can do to make it work.

    no such thing.

Maintainning muscle and maybe adding a few more pounds of muscle with low or no fat gain is called Cutting.

Adding size at no cost (gaining fat) is call BULKING.

You are doing a cutting cycle.

You can put on more than a few pounds, it's all about how you eat, you don't have to get fat to put on size. I don't believe in the 'bulk at no cost' approach, if you put on alot of fat, you'll have to shed it down the road, so why not make it clean size from the get go.
