    Clen question: How do i know what dosage is my limit?

    Im at 140 mcg now. Ive never experienced any of the side effects ppl talk about when on clen . No jittery fingers, no insomnia (even if i take clen before i sleep), heart rate normal, body temp normal. So initially it was really hard to tell if clen was working for me...but i guess it is working because i see considerable fat loss. Any way, i started off with 60mcg...kept on increasing the dosage by 20mcg every 3 days untill i got to my current dosage; 140mcg. Alot of ppl say you should not take more than120-140 mcg of clen a day. I guess they say that because the sides would be too great to handle for most ppl. But what about for a person like me who doesnt experience any side effects from clen. How do i know what the right dosage is for me? I feel like i can consume the whole box and still feel normal (metaphoricaly speaking)....so how do i know what dosage is the right dosage for me? :| ...really need your help on this one guys.

    I experienced diminishing returns on clen after ~180mcgs.

    Have you felt anything in respect to muscle cramps or soreness? Your clen could be bunk and your diet and cardio are doing all the work.

    you dont always FEEL the effects of clen , as ive read and also experienced myself. you dont have to feel it for it to be working. what matters is how you are LOOKING. i personally wouldnt go over 150 or so. just cuz u dont feel it doesnt mean its bunk.

    Exactly what i though at first but then i researched the clen that i got and its legit. As for cramps and soreness...not at all.

    Well I'm no expert, but I'm on my first clen cycle and my cramps are out of control. Makes it hard to even do cardio some days. I was running yesterday and I got shin splints for the first time in my life. Hopefully someone who doesn't get any sides from it can shed some light for you.

    you may just be a "non-responder" to clen . for some peeps it just dosnt work,but thats to be said for any drug.not all drugs work for all pepole.if it dosnt give you a spike in your temp then thats a good indicator that it may not be working for you.good luck.

    So lets say its working but i dont feel it (which i beleive is the case)... What dosage should i maintain?

    Haha oh ya??? There are symptoms assigned to this compound that include shaking, muscle cramps, sweating, sleep supression, headache, increased body temp etc etc.

    If you experience none of thes at 150mcgs+ then your shit is bunk.

    Ya, I'm supplementing with taurine and potassium. To the O.P., are you taking anything with your clen ? Taurine, ect?

    monitor your heart rate and temp at levels of cardio to see if there is a substantial increase. You might not get the shakes but it could still be working. Unless you have some bunk clen . I hear a lot of guys saying that they aren't feeling effects and most tend to be very overweight.

    Ok...let me clarify the question:
    Its not whether its working or not but "what dosage i should maintain" ...i know it working because i can see results. But what i would like to know now is...

    At what dose should i stop increasing the dosage?

    if it's working right now, then stay there....when it STOPS working, then you increase

    You are already at 140mcgs and that is a high dosage, you say it's working..so what are you trying to do, make your heart explode?

    Its been working ever since i started at 60mcg...so according to your logic a should have stopped at that dose; 60mcg a day. And if youve read my my post carefuly...you would have seen that i said that clen doesnt effect my heart rate, so my heart exploding isnt really something i expect to happen regardless of the dose.

    I suggest you do research on dosages before you start taking pills to make you lose weight.

    the concept that you need to understand is that if you were getting optimum results from 60mcgs, why increase? You can increase when you feel that your results are lessening.

    if you are seeing results at 140, just keep it there. or if you wanted, you could lower the dose every few days or more and see if you are still getting the same results

    If I take 60 and have trouble writing, and I've done alot of uppers thru the years, sounds bunk. Your body temp should at least raise a half degree or so, so check your body temp before and after.

    kat is right here freefall, clen loses it's efficiency at 180mcg/day, i know as i've run it up to 400mcg/day with no extra results to show for it except a shrinking of my wallet, some people don't exhibit the symptoms normally associated with clen but that isn't cause for going above the effective dosage as this will cause a rise in blood pressure that could hinder your cycle or cause damage

    yeah, i'm one of those people that doesn't get ANY sides from clen , i could've ran higher but i didn't want to, at that dose my resting heartrate was around 75 and my blood pressure was 140/85, so a little high on both but close to normal

    It's a drug that people need to be careful with and too many people have the idea that more is better and that is not the case. Once effective results begin to show, don't push your limits, it's not like you are popping in skittles, it's a serious drug with serious side effects.

    damnit!!!! recently i tried some oxyflux from mexico and it kicked the shit out of me....next stop was clenbuterol from sopharma-bulgaria....i feel very little with 60 mgs and 20 of oxyflux set me in to friggin orbit.. if anyone else could tell me and freefalling if we are taking a very watered down product??? the difference is unreal...i think the sophorpah

    you know what bro im on the same thing and NO SIDES AT and its working well im on 160 a day. now and on my 2nd week lost fat and other pp are seeing it too. im going to have 2 weeks off now then back on and so on. if its working stay at that bro.

    I started my clen 3 days ago I feel the shakyness and slight muscle cramps with 60mcg. Should I stay there till the sides go away then up my dosage?

    What would you guys consider a normal increase for your heartrate while on clen ?

    Phate you said your resting heartrate was at about 75 bpm while you were at 400mcg/day.

    I've been on 100mcg/day and my resting heartrate is around 96 bpm.

    My stats now:
    5' 10"
    194lbs
    6.5% BF

    Yeah, keep it there until the sides go away then up your dose by 20mcg. Also, you should be supplementing Taurine at 3-5grams per day to help with the muscle cramps.
