I appreciate and respect all the knowledge and feedback given by the Whole Board. Im ready to start my next cycle and am looking for some feedback.
History: I have ran 4 cycles total in my adult life, no more than 2 cycles a year. My last was 12 weeks of Prop&Tren with Winn to close out the last 6weeks. I had great results going from 230lbs 20%BF to 240lbs 15%BF solid muscle with a decent shred. After that it was my goal to stay natural and shred while trying to maintain my muscle. I have now dropped to 213lbs 10% BF, yes lost alot of muscle but I feel I am now at my stage of BF% and weight to hit a hard CUTTING CYCLE and rip up for summer. I am very disapline with cardio and I love to eat healthy as you can tell I dropped 30lbs in September 2008.
