    18 yo....

First off, I am not interested in gear YET. I am getting my diet on track and I am going to wait a couple of years until I go to the dark side. With that said I want some advice on how to persuade some of my friends from using. I tried to explain about how we are our size because our diet sucks and it like goes in one ear and right out the other. I feel bad for them because I know it may hurt them and without a really good diet and pct you are also wasting money. I need something to scare them with, something true, like what will they do to the inside of there body etc. Will it screw up there hormones? I need something to try and persuade them away. I already toled them how gear shuts you down and you may not recover and they acted like since I toled them about a pct everything will be good and there will be no problems. Help

    well,

1 get them to log on here

2 tell them they will be shutting down the OVERFLOW of natural hormones they have now and risk NOT getting them back

3 tell them if they screw up their hormones that means NO ERECTIONS or Libio!! that should get them

4 they could grow man boobies if they dont do it correctly especially PCT

5 if they cant' eat right now, they will Lose all they may gain, so they will feel even worse after cause they were looking larger but couldn't keep it

that plus man boobs normally does, if not tell them they could become reliant on things like cialis or viagra for the rest of their life(meaning they won't be able to have sex if they forget their pill)

Defiantly get them on the site if possible. Having a middle man to information like this isn't really good and usually doesn't work, big chance of words and information getting crossed up in between. Sometimes it comes to the point where you just need to be concerned about yourself, and your knowledge about information and use it for yourself. I'm at all saying don't share information with other people, that's defiantly a good thing...Just don't let in interfere with the concern for your own health and so on. Best bet is to defiantly get whoever else you're trying to help and get them on here. Its the best way to learn the most important facts IMO. But with that goodluck. Sad thing is alot of people think they know what they're doing or know enough when really they dont even have an idea what they are about to be getting into. But feel free to ask anything, we're here brotha.

I just recently started it, only a couple of days. I only weigh 150 and had a HORRIBLE DIET! I am going to take before and after pictures to prove to everyone around our age what they can achieve if they dedicate their life to lifing and eating! How is this diet for someone my weight? Anything you think I should add or change?

you can calculate your daily caloric expenditure, then add up the calories in the food and compare if you like to see how much of a surplus you're running, i would bet it's close to 500-1000 over per day

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

My first total was 989.4 and then when I multiplied it by the BMR it cam out to 1360.425.

that seems really now, what is your height in inches and what was your multiplication factor?

this is called your daily caloric expenditure, which is an ESTIMATE of the total number of calories your body burns during the day through normal activities

The best thing you can do is what you already did. It's over from here....they are gonna do it come hell or high water. Just watch!
Get them to atleast sign up to a few forums on the net and get them educated. Beyond that you have done all you can bro.
When I got my first DUI and they showed movies of mangled up bodies and blood..it didn't stop me from drinking. I stopped when I experienced pain in my own life around drinking.
    Good Luck
    Peace Oz

im by no means condoning young people taking juice...But i belive that it is ultimitlly up to the person taking them. If they research it and feel that they are willing to accept the risks involved with aas, then i think thats fine. Its human nature for us to look for a "quick fix". So if they belive that its the right thing to do let them try it.

Since they are younger are they at a higher risk for anything? If they do everything right, but since they are probably still growing could anything major happen besides stunt there growth?

Yes of course. Age is big thing. You are talking about changing your hormones. Trust me. I have never seen or done steroids. Do I want to sometime? Hell yeah. Im 22. I can tell you that I gained 20 pounds of muscle just by eating right! Im 220 and want to get to 240. The ultimate performance enhancer is self-dicsipline.

Anything major can happen. I was in the same situation as you guys 3 years ago. TRUST ME. I wanted to get on juice badly. I wanted to get ripped. Instead I ended up just working my A$$ off. You guys should do the same.

LOL...just let them do the gear, man. Experience is the best teacher. If they don't learn from that...quit hanging out with stupid people.
