Anybody had experience with this???

I was reading thid thread and it was informing but i have also read that one should not cycle the winny with the clen/t3 cycle but if one did follow how long should u run the winny? Just the amount of time u run the clen/t3 combo or what? any and all help would be great!! Thanks

it's recommended to only run clen/t3 when on a cycle as you will probably lose muscle otherwise due to the effects of the t3
