i need a bulking program i feel i can grow more muscle but just not with the way im doing it i allways do heavy weights the moast i can , 198 17 bf maybe less and the weight 2 my next weighin is in 9 days so im not to sure 5'7 age 23
i do back,chest (4 exercise each)
bicep,tricep (4 each)
shoulders,traps, legs(4 exercise shoulder,2 exercise traps and 2 legs)
i do abs everyday and boxing for cardio 3 times a week 1hr30 every time
i feel i can growm more but i cant find any help with a new one,,,
