hey everyone was thinking bout a cycle.
65kg, 175cm tall, 12 - 15bf, training on and off for 3 years just got back into it solid with clean eating and training for few months...
Have a mate that can get me some test e... he was telling me that he recommend 1ml per week for 5 weeks to start now i dont understand alot of the numbers and mg/ml for certain gains etc etc just want to know is this enough to do anything or just a total waste of time?
also have another mate who has ropel and can get 10ml how would you cycle this if you were a 1st timer looking for that kick start if you know wat i mean
1ml by 10 weeks
2ml by 5 weeks
or get more???
