cycle 1
hey everyone was thinking bout a cycle.
65kg, 175cm tall, 12 - 15bf, training on and off for 3 years just got back into it solid with clean eating and training for few months...
Have a mate that can get me some test e... he was telling me that he recommend 1ml per week for 5 weeks to start now i dont understand alot of the numbers and mg/ml for certain gains etc etc just want to know is this enough to do anything or just a total waste of time?
also have another mate who has ropel and can get 10ml how would you cycle this if you were a 1st timer looking for that kick start if you know wat i mean
1ml by 10 weeks
2ml by 5 weeks
or get more???
any help appreciated

1st off if you run a cycle make sure its test enth or cyp and dont bounce around. just shoot 500mgs a week for 10-12 weeks. with that said i would wait until you can at the very least put 1 year straight of heavy lifting in without any more breaks. in the mean time check out the diet section and learn how to eat. nark. has a post were he is offering diet advice so go there post your diet and let him and others help because i gurentee that you can gain alot of muscle just by changing your workout and lifting techniques
