    1st cycle Q???'s

    Im 28 6'4" 235lbs My last blood test showed my cholesterol was 115. I have lost a little over 100lbs in the last year from changing my diet and getting off my fat ass. I eat clean 6 days a week and the seventh day I do whatever I want.(high protien low fat barely any carbs lots of fiber) I also work out 6 days a week. I run 3 miles with every work out and alternate body parts. abs/back/bi's.... chest, lats,tri's... abs+lower back.... start over..... I take multi vitamins, flax oil, and fish oil + super pump 250 or N.O. shotgun before the gym. I have noticed since starting to lift heavier weights I am gaining a little size but I would like to add 10-15lbs of muscle. Going from 340lbs to 235 people i havent seen in a while ask me if i am sick. I have been looking into doing a cycle of test but i dont know how much I need or if I should pryamid the doses? Also what PCT is best for a first cycle? I know I can use the search buttom but everyone is different. Any advise would be great..

    Congrats on the weight loss!!!

    What is your current bodyfat % ?

    How long have you been consistently working out and running?

    First cycles of Test should be kept to a single ester Test to make things easy. Preferably a longer ester like Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate , this way you only have to inject twice a week

    Normal length of first cycles are 12 weeks and doses of 300-500 mgs/week are good to start with

    I would suggest you have an AI on hand during the cycle to help with bloat and signs of gyno

    PCT would consist of Nolva and clomid and any test boosters you may want. PCT would start either 14 or 18 days (respectively) after your last shot and PCT should last 4-6 weeks

    I dont know my body fat % but I am interested in finding out. I'll ask tomorrow when I workout. I have been in the gym for a little over a year. I started out slow with 2-3 times a week of cardio. Then One day I was bored and figured I would go back to back days and started lifting every other day. Now I want to be there every day ( I'm hooked) I feel great no more lower back pain, high blood pressure (my doc took me off meds 3 months ago)

    Getting the gear is not a problem either. It is offered all the time but normally its not with any advise on how to use it. My g/f is a nurse so she will be doing all the injections.

    you didn't mention working your legs at all in your first post, do you train legs?

    Bodyfat % is important to know, because if it is HIGH, then using steroids will increase the risks involved, like water retenion, high blood pressure, gyno etc....

    let us know when you find out , you can also post a recent pic of you here if you want, and we can estimate. just black out your face.

    I talked with a few trainers today and they said to come in early tomorrow before I work out to get an accurate %. So tomorrow I'll know where i'm at. As far as legs go I climb 140ft of stairs 3 to 4 times an night/day at work so that is about all i really do. I run up and go down slow without stopping. Sometime i go the entire 190ft up without stopping. I need to start throwing some legs into my routine... more tomorrow

    Yea ....that leg routine is ok for conditioning, cardio and endurance, but will do nothing for building mass, SO , if you want the rest of your body to get bigger and stronger, make your base (legs) stronger first.

    Start doing Squats and lots of them and build those tree trunks and the rest of your body will get stronger in the process !!

    Ok i got my BF % today I am about 25%
    I work my shoulders when i do lower back and abs. Is my BF to high to start a cycle? Will the test help lean me down some? Also is there a difference between liquid and pill form PCT? I'm looking for a few pics of me last year to show where i was to where i am now..

    yah, bro, get that bf down to like 15% at least before you hop on a cycle.

    Test won't help with that, just diet and cardio (sounds trite, but its true).

    Thanks for the honest opinion. I have busted my ass to get where I am and now I need a few more tweeks and i should be ready. I'm in no real hurry. I have nothing but time... As long as i dont hurt myself I should be ready in a month or two.

    Big time congrats bro. I am sure you changed your life and how you feel. Keep it up and keep learning. the more you know the more you can apply and the better your results. check out the diet and training forum stickies at the top. When you get down to 15% bf then start thinking about AAS.
