Im 28 6'4" 235lbs My last blood test showed my cholesterol was 115. I have lost a little over 100lbs in the last year from changing my diet and getting off my fat ass. I eat clean 6 days a week and the seventh day I do whatever I want.(high protien low fat barely any carbs lots of fiber) I also work out 6 days a week. I run 3 miles with every work out and alternate body parts. abs/back/bi's.... chest, lats,tri's... abs+lower back.... start over..... I take multi vitamins, flax oil, and fish oil + super pump 250 or N.O. shotgun before the gym. I have noticed since starting to lift heavier weights I am gaining a little size but I would like to add 10-15lbs of muscle. Going from 340lbs to 235 people i havent seen in a while ask me if i am sick. I have been looking into doing a cycle of test but i dont know how much I need or if I should pryamid the doses? Also what PCT is best for a first cycle? I know I can use the search buttom but everyone is different. Any advise would be great..
