1st Cycle. Too big?
Hey guys,
I wanna start a cycle to get better results. I've been training for 2 years, im 20 yo, 5f11 and 170. I red alot on many forums and im ready to do it but im just looking forward to see what would be the best for me.
A friend of mine told me to go with
1-3 : 300mg Prop a week
1-10 : 600mg Deca a week
1-10 : 500mg Enan a week
1-4 : 4x10mg dbol a day
and for PCT
clomid
arimidex
It seems huge for a first cycle isnt it?

Absolutely. Too much for a first bro. Start small. Start with the test E only run.
Though that cycle it really well set up and I like it, it would be better suited for a 2nd or even 3rd cycle.

You should be able to put on more weight naturally at your size and age, adjust your diet. When you do cycle, do test by itself for your first run.

you are a bit young to be shutting down your HPTA system don't you think?
you could put on a good 20-30 more lbs NATURALLY before you use steroids if you just change your diet
If you take all those compounds in your first cycle, how on earth will you know which one of them is doing what to your body, both good but more importantly which ones are doing the BAD things to your body???
I would like to see what you eat in a typical day. Post up your food intake for a typical day with the times you eat and let us see if we can fix that part FIRST

I started a diet a week ago ;
6:00
3 eggs
2 toasts
1 banana
350ml orange juice
1 proteins shake with 2% milk
9:00
Proteins Bar or shake with water
12:00
Chicken
Rice
Green vegetables
Fruits juice
15:00
Proteins bar or shake with water
Nuts
18:00
Meat or Chicken
Potatoes or Noodles
Fruits Juice
After Training
Proteins shake + creatine

^^^Yeah, you at least need more protein, from real food not shakes, check the diet section out

some suggestions in red above
you are not eating NEAR enough food to grow. that is why you are only 170 lbs,
get into the diet section here and look up the bulking diet thread
Save your money on the steroids and buy STEAK !!! and lots of it
all the steroids in the world will not make up for a bad diet, steroids NEED food in order to help you grow.
chances are HIGH that if you run that cycle or any other right now, you will gain a little , then lose all of it after your cycle is done
