    Progress

    Stats: 5'11 180 25yrs old. 3400cal intake, clean diet. I am running 500mg sustaplex a wk with 20mg methanoplex per day. I just ended week 4 and have definitley gained strength and 8-10lbs. For you veterans would you say this is a normal progression or should I have gained more at this point?

    no. Seems about on par with what youre running. Alot of that is water retention from methandrostenolone but good job bro. Keep going.

    Sounds about right. Especially if your keeping your diet clean. It should really start to take off now in week 5.

    Remember most of the compounds in the sust take longer to act than say the prop, wich probobly has like 30mg the rest being longer esters just starting to kick in.

    The Sust contains 30mg Acetate, 50mg Prop, 50mg Phenylprop, 90mg cypionate , and 105mg decanoate. I have another question though. Whenever I do cardio involving jogging or running, I think its called my Tibialis muscle really tightens on me to the point it is impossible to even walk on. Could this be from the Sust? I wouldnt think so, but it just started while I am on cylce so am curious. Thanks again!

    you mean lower back pumps? if so that is very common

    I mean the muscles that run on each side of the shin. I read that the muscle can become to big for the sheath that it is in and cause pain and swelling, but I dont think thats the problem. I was just curious if my cycle could maybe be the cause. Its probably just lack of stretching and strained it.

    I'm having the exact same problem with my right leg. The muscles on the outside of my shin tighten up and I can't keep my toes raised while running. I also have two bumps in this area that are really pronounced when it hurts. This just started happening to me since I started my cycle a month ago (Test e/Deca ).
    Please let me know if you find out what's causing it.
