Discomfort after first injection of TEST E

Hey guys my buddy did my first even injection of Test E today in my shoulder. Hes been juicing for years and knows what he's doing. He shot me at about 2pm today and i got discomfort... feels like there is something built up inside and feels sore.. like muscle pain. is this normal?

Normal don't worry about it. The muscles have to get use to being injected in.

Inject slowly, warm up shot first, and massage area afterward. same old same old. Probably no need to be concerned. It will get better.

Taking a hot shower before injecting seems to help as well. Maybe put a heat pad on area pre shot to loosen up the muscle. and like striation said inject slowly and massage after.
